We aim to present a first class production, to stand by our quotation, even if we have made a mistake (assuming the specification has not changed) and not to 'fob' you off with ficticious deadlines just to keep you happy. We will be honest at the start as to when you can expect your order and we will ensure that we abide by that agreement.

Price is not always the main criteria, and although we endeavour to remain competitive in a difficult market, there are many other factors that are more valuable.
